It's beautifully designed and works very peacefully. Then, one morning I noticed my watch in JQueen stopped. It's as if the machine " dead"""" had a long weekend and so did my watch. I'm not a very demanding person, but I think a reasonable person would expect more than three months of service from a $100 investment. Granted, I may have received " Lemons,"""" but from some of the other reviews, ""Sudden Death Syndrome"" isn't unique to my JQueen. So, I would caution anyone looking for a two-watch winder to approach the JQueen with some caution, since you're probably going to be buying a $100 doorstop. This is an update. To my complete surprise and complete pleasure, within 24 hours of submitting the above, I received an email from JQueen expressing regret about the problem I was having and about the product malfunction. JQueen offered to send me a mediation, and for me, a free winder replacement. For those of us who buy everything online, the term ""excellent customer service"" has the same meaning as ""in a galaxy far, far away."" A long time ago. . """" Because while Amazon is helpful and easy to buy online, it's not an industry known for its customer service. Well, JQueen was the exception, I responded positively to the emails I received, and as promised, within a week, a new, fully functional JQueen double watch winder sat quietly in my dresser On stage, winding my watch. Toni Rudd2/19/20225 5 5Nice looking watch winder - match it with a smart plug if TPD is a concernThis is a beautiful two-watch winder - silent on start. Instructions indicate that there is a TPD (revolutions per day) setting on the winder, but no setting. Other reviews correctly point out that the watch can be wound if left on this There will be excessive winding on the watch - every watch has a characteristic TPD (easy to find by googling). Solution: Connect this device to a smart plug. My watch has a TPD of 650, so after doing the math (8 rpm, 4 minutes counter-clockwise, and 4 minutes clockwise per hour) I programmed the smart plug to power the winder for 10 hours a day at 640 rpm (to be on the safe side) - problem solved.
